Hi,
Last November 2023, I deleted my Dropbox account, without knowing that does not cancel the plan subscription. Today, December 12, I got a charge from Dropbox, from December. When I went to my account to cancel the plan, I could not find any billing subscription or anything, it just says that my plan is Basic Free, so I cannot cancel any plan if I don´t have one.
However, Dropbox is still charging me, without having any subscription.
How can I solve this manner?
