Related to support Ticket #17987476: TEAMS: Billing, payments, and subscription changes
Please notify customers before subscription plan price changes.
It is very unpleasant to discover that you have been charge 20% more than the previous month without notification.
I shouldn’t have to suggest that, it should be a best practice for any company! 😕

Yes, you are right, after quick investigation, I found out that I got a message about the price change.
Here is the abstract:
Your Dropbox plan just got new features. And a new price—starting on July 5, 2022, Dropbox Advanced will be 21,50 € a month per user (plus any applicable taxes*).
I read the begining and the end of the sentence: new features -- release date... Then checked the bullet points to acknowledge the said features...
Perhaps make the price change the main information of your notification and not the secondary one, because in the end that is what was important! 😉
