I'm trying to cancel my subscription but don't recall which email address I used. I tried every single one I own - and all accounts show that I have a BASIC/FREE listing. Yet I continue to be charged monthly.
I tried using the credit card lookup tool, but this doesn't work! I keep entering all the information, including the Transaction ID, but it just keeps repeating "enter the last 4 digits and exp date" in red, in spite of entering them over and over. I've tried on both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. It is the correct credit card.
