Paid for a plus subscription, but still have basic one.

I paid for a plus subscription, but I still have basic one. How long do I need to wait for subscription to be active? I make payment via website and my account has been already charged.

Hi @jacob124, thanks for messaging the Community!

When you upgrade a plan, the plan would upgrade immediately. Did you upgrade via the Dropbox desktop application?

According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes, or Google Play?

Is it possible that you accidentally upgraded the wrong Dropbox account? 

 

Have you tried using our self-serve look-up tool, in order to locate the charge, and check the email behind the account?
