Paid for an upgrade but it isn't on my account

My subscription is showing as Basic package and it is showing as full. I have deleted nearly everything and it is still showing as full. I upgraded to Dropbox Plus Annually earlier this year and my account shows this subscription is valid until 18th April 2023. I do not have the card that i paid the subscription on anymore but it was via my iTunes account.

Does it show an active subscription on your plan?
