This is my fourth day trying to pay my annual subscription and I’m receiving the same error message, which is a pop-up red banner, stating some thing has gone wrong. Please refresh the page or contact customer support. I cannot process my payment. Somebody said they were going to correspond with me via email and that has not happened either.

Could you clarify what plan you're on at the moment and send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting including the full URL of the page you're navigating to?

Could you try clearing your browser's cache or try another browser and let me know if you still get an error?
If you do, you can use the camera icon (insert photo option) within your reply's box to send us a screenshot.
