This is my fourth day trying to pay my annual subscription and I’m receiving the same error message, which is a pop-up red banner, stating some thing has gone wrong. Please refresh the page or contact customer support. I cannot process my payment. Somebody said they were going to correspond with me via email and that has not happened either.

Could you clarify what plan you're on at the moment and send us a screenshot of the exact error you're  getting including the full URL of the page you're navigating to?

2,000 GB plan. I currently through Apple, but dropped it and want to go direct. I’ve been paying for this plan for about four years. I’m having trouble with Apple paying on time so I want to go direct.

Since I’m dropping Apple as my payment method through iTunes, I’ve been downgraded to basic. I’ve been on the 2000 GB plan for years.

Could you try clearing your browser's cache or try another browser and let me know if you still get an error?

 

If you do, you can use the camera icon (insert photo option) within your reply's box to send us a screenshot.

Before contacting you, I’ve tried two browsers and cleared the cache on all. It has not made any difference.

Please do. I need access to my files and it’s now an emergency. I’ve been playing with us for four days. It’s becoming past obnoxious. I definitely need some help.

This is the fourth day I’ve been waiting to pay for my subscription. I’ve been paying for 2000 GB for over three years and I change from iTunes payment to direct and I cannot get the payment to go through. I consistently get the red banner message that says something is wrong. Can someone please help me Today because I cannot wait any longer to sync my files. As I’ve been asked several times I’ve used multiple browsers and I’ve cleared my cache. When I enter my payment information, a red banner pops up that says something has gone wrong and the purchase button will not highlight.
