Payment for Upgrade doesn't go through

Payment for Upgrade doesn't go through

Hi, whenever I try to purchase an upgrade, the upgrade page goes into infinite loop with endless verification puzzles.

I contacted support, followed instructions, tried different computers, browsers, mobile, cleaned cache.

Support was unable to help.

 

Does anyone else have the same problem?

 

It`s disappointing. The client wants to give money to the company but the system doesn`t allow.

Would you mind giving me the ticket number from your communication with our support team, so I can locate it in our system?

 

And I know it's inconvenient, but is it possible to try using a different card, or PayPal, to see if that helps?
