Payment issue - do I need to update my billing information?

Good afternoon!
The day of the next payment has arrived. I received a message about the impossibility of debiting and the need to update the card data. Last year, the write-off was from the same card. The validity period has not expired. What is the problem? How to decide?

Hey @boss-tsg, welcome to the Community and happy Monday!

 

From what I gather, you must have received an email from Dropbox to update your billing information - is that correct?

 

If that's so, have you tried putting the same card you used the last time?
