Payment made, account not upgraded

Payment made, account not upgraded

Hi Dropbox Team,

Our Dropbox account used to be a paid account with lots of space, but the payment lapsed. We have logged into the account and clicked on "Upgrade". Made a payment and it has come through on our bank statement. However, the account is not upgraded, it still says we are way over quota.

 

Can you please advise how we can troubleshoot this issue further?

Hi @cya1, thanks for messaging the Community.

 

Did you upgrade directly via the Dropbox site, or via the mobile app?

 

Do you see the payment reflected on the account as a receipt on this page?
