Payment not processing

Hi, I am trying to upgrade to the personal plus annual subscription, I have tried processing the payment 3 times and I still get the same error saying the payment wasnt processed and try again with paypal later but i am paying by card, this is being paid by my company using a virtual card so I cant use paypal

Can you please clarify if the virtual card you mentioned is one our supported payment methods listed on the upgrade page?

 

If you're still getting the error, can you send us a screenshot so that we can have a look too?

Payment by paypal for upgrade is not processed

On Friday I paid for an upgrade to dropbox Plus by Paypal after a free trial period (which I cancelled in time) of two weeks.
Although I had a confirmation email that dropbox has received the billing details for the upgrade, my dropbox account is still not upgraded.
How long will it take? And how do I know that my upgrade is well received?

The upgrade should be instant. Is there any chance that the wrong Dropbox account has been upgraded, and that you don't have only one account?

 

If I were you, I'd use our self-serve look-up tool, in order to look into this.

 

I'll be waiting for an update from you!

I don't see the payment in my paypal account and I don't see it in the self-serve-look-up tool on Dropbox. 
I only have a this email saying 'Welcome to Plus!' . 
Should I redo the payment using Paypal? I'm a bit afraid that I'll pay twice. 

This is the email I received from dropbox:
