Paypal Upgrade not linking to my account (purchased with license key)

I have an annual payment for my plus account taken via Paypal but the account hasnt been upgraded. how do i find the license code to re enter and re link the accont to the upgrade i've paid for?

Can you clarify where you purchased the license key from (Amazon, Dell etc)? 

 

You can also check this Help Center article for more info on how to redeem your license key and renew your subscription.
