Suddenly Dropbox deleted my Personal account and only my shared work account remained. What could have happened? I can access the files on my computer, but they are no longer in Dropbox, and therefore in the cloud. I don't know where to consult or what to do.
Hi @Sophia_d, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Was the work account on a free team, or a paid Dropbox Business team?
Was the personal account under a different email address? Are you able to login to the Dropbox site using that email?
