I am having issues purchasing a plan. I have attached a screenshot of the error: Something went wrong. Please refresh the page or contact customer support. I need to purchase a plan as soon as possible.

I tried on multiple computers, and in Incognito. How can this be resolved? Thank you for your help.

Hi Megan! I figured it out. I had Apple remove my subscription completely. (it was still going as a "free trial" even though Dropbox cancelled it on the website). It now allowed me to purchase a new plan. I hope this can help others with the same issue – cancel through Apple.

Hey @alexmdesign, I'd be happy to help with that!

Just to make sure, have you tried to upgrade using a different browser or a private browsing window?

How about with a different card or PayPal, if that's a possibility?

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Hi Megan! Yes, I have tried in multiple different browsers and several different computers. PayPal does not work either. The purchase button is greyed out and not loading because of the error.

Previously, I had a free trial through Apple. That has been cancelled by Dropbox Support, as I wanted to pay with my card. But now I cannot pay at all, even though I am ready to purchase

No need to worry, we'll figure it out together @alexmdesign

Can I send you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into this?
