Problem with payment via mobile operator (operator)

Hi there
I had changed mypayment method in Apple ID from credit card to mobile number ant tried to recover my subscription. So the money was debited from mobile account but subscription didn’t recover.

I have transition number but don’t know how to check it (because it is from mobile account not from credit card).

Could someone help me with this issue?
I can’t contact to Dropbox direct((

If I get this right, you’ve received a receipt after your transaction went through, correct? 

 

Have you already tried these steps, perhaps? Do they work for you or do you receive an error?
