Problems with Free Trial

Problems with Free Trial

I am trying to check out the drop box free trial. But when I go to the checkout and put my details in and press 'Start free trial' it just refreshes on the same page and asks me to do the verification puzzle again and doesn't go through. Can anyone help?

Tried a different browser?

Made sure cookies/cache cleared etc.?

Urgent question - I cannot CANCEL my "free trial"

Hi guys, I tried to use "FREE TRIAL FOR 30 DAYS" and it did not work but I suspect that DROPBOX will charge me. 

I cannot change the plan, something does not work
I put in my credit card etc... but still nothing changes.

Please would love to hear from anyone who has any kind of the same problem....

Why isnt it cancelling? We need more info?

 

My guess is you have 2 accounts by accident and you are logged on the wrong one

Screen Shot 2022-10-16 at 17.03.08.pngI gave my credit card number almost a month ago because I needed more space for a design project I am working on. I did not get any email saying my plan has been upgraded or I have more space in my dropbox account, how ever -  I have a strong feeling that I will get charged.

So, the account you are logged in to now is not a trial and hasnt been upgraded. 

 

The account you gave your credit card too is a different one - did you do it on the computer, or, a mobile device?
