Why am I being charged as a professional/company rather than for personal use of my Dropbox? Why can’t I contact Dropbox support directly about anything?

Hi @Mimmocchi, thanks for messaging the Community.

 

If you're on a Basic plan, you can upgrade to a Dropbox Plus plan, instead of a Dropbox Professional or Business plan.

 

Could you clarify what you're experiencing when trying to upgrade your plan? Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
