Purchase amount has been withdrawn and I did not subscribe

I woke up in the morning and I received a message to withdraw this amount from my bank card, and in fact I never subscribed to Dropbox, what is the problem, is it possible to be a deceptive party or what, can you really verify the authenticity of this message? Internet purchase

May I ask if you've tried our self served look up tool to identify the charge in question?

 

Also, what plan are you at the moment?

I have never subscribed to Dropbox before, so I was shocked when I saw the message that I received. I doubted whether it was fake or not. Can you confirm that by looking at the message I attached above?
