Purchased but app won’t show the upgrade

I purchased a monthly subscription through my Dropbox app but my app won’t update. When I try to use my Dropbox app it keeps telling me to purchase a subscription in order to load my photos. It keeps giving me an error message. Because of this I’m unable to reach out to Dropbox support directly. Please help. I also don’t know how to send pictures through this community board.

As you mentioned you upgraded via the app, was this on iOS or an Android device?
