Hello.
I mistakenly upgraded to business plan, and downgraded it to basic plan immidiately. I conacted dropbox support and I recieved an anwer saying that I will get refund in the next 5 days and nothing happened yet. I wrote again today to dropxpbox support and I did not receive any answer and in my basic account it says that my request is canceled!!! What does it mean??? This is $1200 that we are talking about!!
