Regarding the "copy of all team content" received after "disband my team"

I have a "Dropbox Business" and a free personal account.
I saw that if I disband my team, I receive a copy of all team content.
So if my free personal account doesn't have enough space for this "copy of all team content", will it force the "copy of all team content" to be saved?
Or is this "copy of all team content" not being saved through my free personal account, but sent to me by some other means?

Hey there, @Man Gor, I'd be happy to answer this one for you!

 

If you choose to disband your team then all team member accounts become individual Dropbox accounts, and you as the team admin will receive a copy of all team content.

 

All that happens is that you receive the content as you downgrade, and your individual account will simply be over its basic quota.

Thanks for your answer, I want to ask two more questions.

  1. Will I receive "all" content?
    When my base quota reaches 100%, will it stop receiving the next content?
    Or will it continue until all content is received?
  2. I saw that If I choose not to disband my team, my team will be in locked state.
    How long will team content be retained in locked state?
    Will the content be automatically deleted by the system?

Hey @Man Gor, sorry to jump in!

 

Let's see if I can answer your questions. So:

 

  1. After the team is disbanded, you will receive a copy of all team content, even if you don't have enough space and you'll just go over quota and stop syncing, like Megan mentioned.
