You can change the payment information on the Billing page for the account. Note that there's no way to remove exiting information without replacing it with new payment information. The alternative is to cancel the subscription so you're no longer charged when the account is up for renewal. You'll likely want to work with the non-profit on this to avoid any interruptions of the service.
