Hi, someone is using credit card to pay for Dropbox subscription, ID information on the page is not recognized, and I even do not have information what account is accosted with the card. I cannot fill in the Billing Request Form as bot suggests as I have a basic plan by myself. NEED HELP with identification, and cancellation this subscription, as well as refund

First step... If you've been charged and didn't give Dropbox your billing information, you should be contacting your bank. If they're doing it with Dropbox there's not preventing them from doing it with other services, and cancelling the charge at Dropbox doesn't fix the overall problem.

To contact Support directly, visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
