Stuck in basic - have paid for plus on annual plan

Stuck in basic - have paid for plus on annual plan

Just hit my upload limit and went to upgrade to plus, but noticed I had an email from 3 days ago (and each year prior for several years) for a receipt from PayPal for dropbox.

 

I tried going into the app settings and using "Restore purchases", but I get an error "Unable to Restore Purchases - The operation couldn't be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error 409)

 

Where has my money been going for the last few years? My last photo upload when I checked this morning were from 2018!

 

More importantly, since I've been paying for plus, how do I get plus?

Hey @jannan_h, sorry to hear about this.

 

Can you please let us know if you had upgraded your account via the website directly or if it was through the app store on a mobile device?

 

Also, is the email address you got the receipts from PayPal an exact match with the one you see on your account settings online?  

 

Any additional information is more than welcome!
