Hi DB community, hoping someone can help. I paid for Dropbox Plus for a year through Apple but it is not recognising the payment and keeps telling me I don’t have enough space when trying to upload or download files.
Has anyone else had this issue? Dropbox support haven't helped as yet, so hoping someone here might have experienced the same issue and had it resolved.

Apologies for the delayed reply @Jay, this isn't as easy an answer as it should be. According to you - Dropbox - I'm on the basic package. But I paid on Apple. See screenshots for both. The problem is that DB is not recognising the Apple payment, made on February 10th 2022. Help appreciated.
Are you definitely signed into the same account you're using on the Dropbox mobile app when compared to the account on the Dropbox site?
