Hello, can anyone help me?

I'm overdue subscription. Today I went to the app to update my payment information and pay the tariff. The system offered me to get a discount and pay  9.99 instead of 11.99, of course, I pressed this button. The payment was successful, I was charged 9.99. When I entered the app- an error  "tariff plan cannot be updated, please contact support". I can’t contact the support service because I don’t have the right tariff plan (now I am fo free), which I kind of paid for, but for some reason it didn’t work. What should I do?)
