Hi community, this is about a Swedish account. And it's about Catch22. I had an account with my previous company e-mail. Left the company. E-mail address closed. Forgot to close the agreement/account with Dropbox. Now it's not possible without the e-mail. And it's not possible to get hold of Dropbox in any way. According to Swedish Consumer law an account should be possible to close in any way the consumer chooses - phone, e-mail, sms etc.
Anyone who can help with a contact to Dropbox?

Are you trying to cancel a paid subscription or delete the account in question?

I'm actually truing to help my daughter who has had a paid plan fo the company she worked for before, but on her private credit card. She simply wants to cancel the plan, but as her old email address (the one connected to the plan) has been removed she is stuck. Just looking for an e-mail address to contact Dropbox and ask them to cancel the plan.
