Technical support for new users - where to get it

I signed up for the family plan at the end of January and to date, have made two monthly premium payments. This past weekend I was ready to start seriously using dropbox for backing up our computers, sharing files, etc. I find that I still have only 2 gigs of storage space, a far cry from the 2 terrabytes I have been paying for.

I have also discovered that Dropbox as a firm appears to be very adverse to human interaction with subscribers. Does anyonme know how I can contact an actual Dropbox customer support person in order to get my full allotment of storage space? Any help & suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Hey @Gezz, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

It sounds like you're looking at a Basic account and not an account that's part of a Family account. Could you take a look at your plan tab and confirm if that's the case?

Also, where did you upgrade your account in the first place? Was it on our website or via the app store on a mobile device perhaps?

Let me know what you find!
