I signed up for the family plan at the end of January and to date, have made two monthly premium payments. This past weekend I was ready to start seriously using dropbox for backing up our computers, sharing files, etc. I find that I still have only 2 gigs of storage space, a far cry from the 2 terrabytes I have been paying for.
I have also discovered that Dropbox as a firm appears to be very adverse to human interaction with subscribers. Does anyonme know how I can contact an actual Dropbox customer support person in order to get my full allotment of storage space? Any help & suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
