Hello Kate. As a Dropbox for Business customer you have access to telephone support. You'll find the phone number in your admin console.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GETTING DROPBOX - CANNOT RESTORE DELETED FILES
Its easier to read if you dont use all caps... you may also get more help...
You can restore files for 30 days via www.dropbox.com/help/400 or via Support at www.dropbox.com/support. However, unless you already had Extended Recovery at point of deletion files are only recoverable for 30 days.
Also, remember, Dropbox is not a back up tool. You should always have a separate back up to restore from.

I upgraded to business account last night paid monthly but it is not recognising the upgrade?
how can this be corrected ? Thanks
Judy, when you say "business account" do you mean "Dropbox for Business" (DfB) or do you mean a "Dropbox Pro" account that you use for your business?
I thought I was up grading to Drop Box Business. I chose to pay monthly which was $12.99AUD ?
That sounds like "Dropbox Pro" for 9.99 USD and 1TB space with long term backups.

Yes I'm realising some how the business drop box was what I was wanting to try and I have had a request to view done documents and I will have no space with my basic. Yes I was told $17
