Please assist me to cancel the 30day Free Trial that will end on May 4, 2021. I do not want any charge on my visa account. I have been trying to find the cancellation bar/button below the Plan screen per your instructions on how to cancel. I do not want to deal with my bank to dispute this charge if it happened because it takes a long time to be on my credit card statement.
I do not have money to pay for this charge. And this is the worst application I found when canceling free trial. NO WHERE CAN I FIND THE CANCELLATION on the bottom of the page that you have in your instruction on how to cancel.

Where did you sign up for the trial; on the Dropbox website, or on the mobile app? If you started the trial on the mobile app, then you need to cancel it on that device.
Hello, I'm having the same issue and NO I DID NOT SIGN UP ON THE MOBILE DEVICE - I've been trying to cancel for over a month and now, I'm charged the fee - there should be an easier resolution to this - there is no one to speak with, the bot is a joke! - I'll never get sucked into something that has NO REAL support - please, help me to cancel. As this user was having issues, I'm having the same. There is no option to cancel. HELP!

I signed up a month ago for a free upgrade trial, intending to cancel today. I cannot remember which device I used to set up the trial, but neither the I-pad, nor the I-mac gives me an option to "Cancel Plan". Trying to send an e-mail doesn't work because, after filling in my details and of my account, I get directed to the cancellation directions for mobile or computer devices, I am not directed to the option to write an e-mail.
I do not want to pay the subscription, nor continue with the upgrade, as I have not used the app since starting the trial. Can anyone help me with this?
You can only do it via the account you signed up to the trial with: https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/cancellations-refunds/cancel-free-trial
It should be linked to an App Store so can you go to that and cancel instead?

Do you have any emails about the trial when it started? That way you should be able to confirm that it started, along with the in-app party it started from.
