Transfer plan no longer available?

Hello, I was using Transfer Plan previously but it's no longer available for purchase. Do you know anything about this?

Thank you very much, it's working. I've been trying to purchase it for days through upgrade options when I try to customise the logo,  but all the links were leading to Professional. Plus there's no offering for this plan in my profile.
