Trying to Upgrade New Account But..it asks me for password of a different account?

Trying to Upgrade New Account But..it asks me for password of a different account?

I am trying to upgrade my new Dropbox account but when I move to pay it pulls up a prompt asking for the password for a totally different email address that I am not using for this Dropbox and won't let me change it to the right one. I have screenshots.

Hi @floracreep, let's see what we can find together on this one! 

 

Are you trying to upgrade using our website, or using your mobile app? 

 

Also, it might sound a little trivial, but have you double checked on the web to make sure you're logged into the correct account? 

 

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there.

Via the app on my phone as all the things I need to store are from my phone

Can you try using the website? It's important to note that you could then use the upgrade on the mobile app afterwards.
