I'm trying to sign up for Professional Dropbox One and every time I select it under the Professional option or through my account it kicks me to the selection page again and doesn't let me buy it. I was setting up a brand new account and it by default registered me as Dropbox Basic. I was chatting with someone on the Dropbox website chat and they had me open incognito web browser and go to dropbox.com/buy/one I went through the whole registration process and it sent me to my account > subscriptions and a statement popped up saying I wasn't eligible. How do I register for Professional Dropbox One?
It was the sales team. I used the link he suggested and set up a new account under another email and that is working. I will cancel the other account that got set up. There is nothing you can help me with now. Thank you.

Could you please clarify if this chat was with our Sales team or the Support team?
If it's the latter, you can let us know your ticket ID so that we can look it up in our system too.
As for the error you're getting, could you send us a screenshot so that we can have a look as well?
