Unable to process payment for my dropbox on your website and chat bot unable to help

Hi I have been trying to pay my annual subscription since 02-09-22 with no joy.  I got moved onto a business trail to keep my data but that has now expired and the problem continues.

 

I just want to pay you for your service but am not able to resolve this nor am I able to speak to anyone at dropbox who can help.

It'd be great if you could share some additional info with me. Do you get any specific errors, that prevent you from upgrading? 

 

Are you trying to upgrade directly through our website, or your mobile app? Provided it's the first one, have you tried using a different browser too?

 

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Hi Doesn't give me an error the page just doesn't move on, have tried several different browsers gone icognito etc but no joy.  Just want to pay and keep my access to my docs,  it should never be this difficult
