Hello all,
I have been trying to upgrade to the 3 TB Professional plan and keep getting a message that says "Sorry, you aren’t eligible for this experience." I asked the dropbox live chat person whether my operating system (2017 iMac, Sierra, 10.12.6) may be the problem, and they said that my operating system was irrelevant, so I am back to square one.
Do any of you have a fix or advice?
