I was charged for 2TB of storage on September 15th, 2023. I do not need or want this upgrade in subscription. Out of the 2TB of space that the upgrade provides, I have 1.9TB of free space. I do not need all that space and I never agreed to this upgrade.
Please help refund my money and cancel this subscription. We are in a recession, work is slow, and this money can make a break a month for me at the moment.

You can get help via https://help.dropbox.com/plans/refund
However, do note that the terms do state no refunds.
The important question is HOW did Dropbox get your card info - if you gave them it (even for a trial) then it is authorised and correct. If you didn't then somebody has cloned your card and you need to speak to your card provider.
