I have the basic plan but have been charged for an upgrade that doesn’t even show up on my account and that I didn’t do and don’t need. I have been trying to contact someone but I have had no luck. Please let me know who I can contact for a refund.
You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Dropbox cannot charge you if they don't have your billing information. If you've been charged and didn't give them your billing information, then someone else has and you should be contacting your bank.
Dropbox keep taking money from my account even though the account was cancelled 11th June 21.

I have a charge on my checking account for $119.88 and I have no idea what it is for. I went to my account and I have Dropbox Basic (the free plan) and I'm unable to find anywhere in my settings my billing information. I'm thinking it could be for an old work email account, but I don't remember the email or password to access the account to turn off the billing. The transaction ID is 28JTD115BKLV
Please delete whatever account that is tied to and cancel all subscriptions. Please refund me the $119.88. Additionally, I have no receipt or warning that this was coming out of my account and now have gone into over draft.
