I upgraded to family level without realizing it by clicking on a link to extend my file recovery to a year from a month.  I do not need family level because I have no family interested in this account.  I solved the problem I was trying to solve a different way.  So I have no use at all for family level.  Please tell me how to return to my individual paid level (NOT the free level).  Thank you.

Hi there @tesseract4, welcome to the Community and happy Monday!

You should be able to cancel your Family Plan as outlined here

Just note that all family members will be converted to their own free Dropbox Basic accounts and they will keep a copy of the Family Room folder.

You can then keep the Basic plan, or choose another plan that meets your needs.

I hope this helps!
