I upgraded My account last week. I paid for one year but I didn’t received a confirmation mail. And the account hasn’t been upgraded. Van someone help?
I clicked on the upgrade button on the app. I was cheated on my credit card by iTunes.
I made the upgrade on the app own my iPad. It shows as a iTunes payment on my credit card.

Can you please open your Dropbox app, tap on 'Account', then on the gear icon and then on 'restore purchases', to see if that helps?

I tried your suggestion and got a response “unable to restore purchases. Operation could not be completed”
Any other ideas on what to try to get what I paid for?

Your last message was not readable for some reason. I prefer not to have to use a different app as all my colleagues use Dropbox. But it is very frustrating that I paid actually twice one for $11.99 and and again for $19.99 and am not able to use the app. Is there anyone who can help me? Ray
