Upgrade already billed?

Upgrade already billed?

Hi there,

I used to have the 2GB account (free I guess).

All the time I'm urged to upgrade to the 2TB account.

But for 3 years 119, euro have been billed (and payed) by me.

Can it be there are 2 accounts with my name?

I find it confusing - sorry!

Thankx for helping me out.

Best,

Peter

Yes. Use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account you're paying for.

Thanks!

But. How can I merge these two accounts?

And why do I find it so hard to find my Invoice?

Best,

P

Hi @peterdegrote, currently it isn't possible to merge two separate accounts.

You can transfer files from one account to another via shared folders

To view an invoice on your paid account, you can do so from this page.
