Hello

I have purchased an upgrade on my account. However, the following error message appears afterwards:

Upgrade failed
An unknown error has
occurred. Please contact our
our Dropbox support.

What is the problem with?

Hi @Amelinho, thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about this.

 

Can you please clarify if you upgraded your account via the app store on a mobile device or if it was through our website directly?

 

If you could also send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting, I'd appreciate it.

The error message is in German because I have not set the German language. However, I have translated the message 1to1.

I use dropbox on my
iPhone. Now the error message came that I have too little storage space. I can now upgrade. I have also done and under my subscriptions this also appears. However, this is not in the app
