When I try to download a file I keep getting a message of
Upgrade error. An unknown error occurred . Please contact Dropbox support . I have been charged the monthly subscription & haven’t used any storage space yet
Hi there @Shell580, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you clarify if you upgraded your account via the website directly or if it was through the app store on a mobile device?
If you could also send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting, I'd appreciate it.
