Hi. I have just upgraded my account and paid £95....the uogrwde hasn't happened but money has been taken. I have no idea who to contact or send the billing confirmation to, can anyone help please?

Hey @Gorms66, sorry to hear about this.

 

Can you clarify if you upgraded your account through our website directly or via the app store on a mobile phone perhaps?

 

What is reported in your account's plan tab at the moment?

Thankyou for replying. I did it via PayPal and my Google account. However, I managed to get a refund from Google and then managed to do it directly though the site. I sent a message on twitter to Dropbox and it got sorted fairly quickly after that
