Upgraded wrong account that I don't use anymore and forgot I have

HI there-

     I have 2 Dropbox accounts (just realized) and upgraded the account that is no longer active instead of the active one.  How do I transfer over my upgrade to the active account and delete the other one???

Hi @JLR9903, thanks for contacting us.

 

In general, it wouldn't be possible to transfer an upgrade from one account to another. As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

 

You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link, scrolling down to 'Submit a help request', and providing as much info as possible.
