Hi,

 

Im trying to update my credit card, but I get the following erro message when trying to do so:

"

You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support None currency."

same here and I have tried several browsers. None have resolved the issue

Hey everyone, are you still having this issue?

 

And can you let us know if you're on a subscription already and are just trying to update your billing info, or are you perhaps trying to upgrade your account anew?

My credit card was hacked and I need to update the information.  When I try, I get this message;

 

You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support None currency.

 

I've tried both a MasterCard and Visa but get the same message with both cards.

Hi,

I had this issue on Friday, I tried to pay several times with different browsers, but it didn't work. Finally, I could pay with my Ipad through apple pay, and it has been updated.

I already have a subscription but my credit card was hacked and a new card was issued.  I tried to update through the Billing tab on My Account and that's when I got the error message;

 

You can't update your billing information because Credit Card doesn't support None currency.

 

I have tried both a MasterCard and Visa and have tried MS Edge and Chrome.  Nothing works.

I ended up abandoning the effort to try and update the credit card on file and did a manual upgrade to the account where I was able to enter a new credit card number.  Pretty frustrating though trying to update the credit card.

Updating my credit card details

I am trying to upgrade my credit card details

When i type in the details of my Amex card which I have been  using for some years

I get a message saying "You can't update your billing information because Credit Card doesn't support None Currency

Can you tell me if you're trying to update your card details to renew your subscription, or are you trying to upgrade anew?

 

Can you try doing the same from a different browser, to see if it works?

It was to renew after my original card was compromised.  I tried it on Chrome and MS Edge.  I also tried two different cards, one a visa nd the second a MasterCard.  Nothing worked.
