Urgent, cant update my billing information

Hi,

 

Im trying to update my credit card, but I get the following erro message when trying to do so:

"

You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support None currency."

It is sorted because I selected Upgrade and entered the new credit card information.  It's all good.

Could you please send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a visual too?

 

Also, what plan are you on at the moment?

I have a snip image but cannot attach it

Can you give me an email address and I can send it to you

You should be able to attach a screenshot through the camera icon in your reply's box, Peter.

 

As for your current plan, you can find out by navigating to your plan tab

I am 78 so not all that clever with IT issues

It says I am on Dropbox Basic but I thought I paid $184.67 21/09/2021

It seems that your account was downgraded to the Basic plan which comes for free, this is probably why you're unable to update your billing information, Peter. 

 

Did you get any emails from Dropbox informing you about your subscription's renewal or maybe a notification that Dropbox is unable to renew your subscription at some point in September or prior to that?

I cannot remember getting any requests for renewal

There was some confusion of which  email had Drop box accounts

( again I am old and IT stuff scares me)

The email accounts I now use to log in is 

 

The other emails were

 

Should I try to upgrade using my outlook.com email

Thanks again for helping me
