User status on Admin Console: Disconnected

Hello,

 

I unlinked a user's personal account from our Business account.  They are showing up as Disconnected in the Admin portal.  Does that mean they are no longer using a Business license?

Hi @FoxFoxFox 

 

No it doesnt. All it means is that the person can now only access their Business account while logged in and there own personal one wont sync any more or be swappable via the website. They are still using a licence. Linked accounts dont use 2 licences - only the 1 for the Business one.
