Why I don't get the 2BT?

Why I don't get the 2BT?

I'm charged by Dropbox for $119.88 which I think it is 2TB plan, but I still got only 2GB and keep getting notified that I should upgrade my plan.

Hey @mihonscott, sorry to hear about this.

 

Can you please clarify if you upgraded via the website directly or if it was via the app store on a mobile device?

 

Do you happen to have more than one Dropbox account perhaps?

Sorry to jump in here, @mihonscott.

 

Are the charges coming to your credit card or are they iTunes/Google Play charges?

 

And can you login to your second account through our website and then follow these steps, to see what kind of plan it's on?

 

  1. Click on your initials/profile pic at the top right corner of the page
  2. Click on "Settings"
  3. Click on "Plan"

I just found out that I had other account and that has 2TB.

Now I need to combine those accounts.

If you’d like to move the files of your Basic account to the paid one instead, you can follow the steps outlined here.
