I'm charged by Dropbox for $119.88 which I think it is 2TB plan, but I still got only 2GB and keep getting notified that I should upgrade my plan.

Can you please clarify if you upgraded via the website directly or if it was via the app store on a mobile device?
Do you happen to have more than one Dropbox account perhaps?

Are the charges coming to your credit card or are they iTunes/Google Play charges?
And can you login to your second account through our website and then follow these steps, to see what kind of plan it's on?

I just found out that I had other account and that has 2TB.
Now I need to combine those accounts.

If you’d like to move the files of your Basic account to the paid one instead, you can follow the steps outlined here.
