hello, i am a member to a family plan ([Removed as per Community Guidelines] is the family manager). This plan is normally paid with €19.99 every month. However, my account is debited with an additional amount €11.99 per month. What do i have to do to stop this amount being debited?

Have you looked up these charges via this page, by any chance? Are they both linked to the same Dropbox email address?

Hi @Jayson galicia, do you see these payments on this page on your account? Do they both have invoices and receipts of payments?
Are they for the same month, or amount? A screenshot, while hiding any transaction IDs would be helpful!

These appear to be charges from the Google Play store. Have you contacted Google yet?
@Rich no i did not contact google yet. However, this is still being charge twice from the same account regardless if its google or whoever. How can I get my money back?

You're being charged by Google, not Dropbox, therefore only Google can resolve this for you. Dropbox doesn't have access to payment details for subscriptions made through the mobile app stores.
