WHY am I being offered a one year upgrade to 2Tb storage for £7.99 when you have been ripping me off (and CONTINUE to do so) at a cost of £9.99 per month???

Is it possible that you have two Dropbox accounts, and you're prompted to upgrade on the one that's free?
Have you received an email, or did you get a notification through your account, asking you to upgrade?

All I have done is to change my phone! The existing contract at £9.99 has been running for over a year! REALLY miffed about this
