Hi,
I paid yearly Dropbox professional account and this is my second month with this plan. Why my account is downgraded to basic?
Please help urgently.

Can you please go here, and send me a screenshot of your Dropbox account’s Plan tab?
Also, do you remember whether you upgraded your account directly via the Dropbox website or the App Store/Play Store instead?

I upgraded from the website with my [email removed as per Community Guidelines] account and that is my personal account and this mail was my professional dj account. Now my personal account is not connected with my professional dj account.
(How can i send you picture? i couldn’t find.)

Is there any chance that you have two Dropbox accounts? Also, did you check your plan's page? What do you see there?
